He’s an experienced personal growth leader, specializing in men’s group work and is an equal left/right brain thinker which means he can imagine, create and then build big picture visions. He met Ken in the late 90s, and has been a METAL MEN member since 2009. He founded the UK band Londonbeat in the early 90s and wrote the global #1 hit song ‘I’ve Been Thinking About You’. In 1995 he founded Rocket Network, sold to Avid in 2003. In 2010 he started up Focus@ Will, music streaming for work, with 2m users.

Gary@metal.menGary is an expert in technology product management and product marketing, honed over a 30-year career. His business and technical skills were developed in high-visibility roles at two of the industry’s most successful companies – Microsoft and Apple. He is equally proficient when working internally with product development teams and externally with customers, partners, and the media. He has a proven record of developing winning product strategies and launching dozens of successful products in operating systems, web technology, and media platforms.

jennifer@metal.menJennifer has 15 years experience as an entrepreneur and executive in both the private and public sectors. She is responsible for helping METAL expand globally while maintaining the integrity of a heart centered group of men who are change makers. Jennifer play’s a key role in shaping, both the overall vision and day to day operations of METAL. She has served on the board of multiple nonprofits and studied Cognitive Psychology at UCLA where she helped launch a social entrepreneurship incubator.

He has taught writing, literature, Sci-fi & Technology at Stanford University and has creative consulted for BMW Design, Ogilvy Worldwide, General Foods, Safeway, Evolver.net and others. He served as a Stanford Humanities Center Graduate Research Fellow, a Stanford Whiting Dissertation Fellow, a Cambridge University Schools and Universities Fellow and a Lady Davis Graduate Research Fellow at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
